Terms & Conditions
1.
The promotion applies to all courses subject to tee time availability.
2.
241 loyalty card holder offer is redeemable only on Wednesdays during the offer period and during advertised opening hours of Willow Valley Golf.
3.
The offer is only available to loyalty card holders booking in advance by whatever means.
4.
Loyalty card numbers must be presented at the counter when paying green fees.
5.
There is a maximum of one offer per loyalty card holder per week.
6.
You cannot use this promotion in conjunction with any other offer.
7.
We cannot offer a cash alternative.
8.
Willow Valley Golf’ standard terms and conditions of purchase, sale and refunds apply.
9.
The offer is valid on Wednesdays during the promotion dates.
10.
There is only one free green fee per loyalty card holder per paid green fee.
11.
Tee off times are on a first come, first served basis. Availability is not guaranteed.
12.
Loyalty card holders and their guests have no priority over other customers.
13.
Green fee sales are subject to the correct dress code and ability level for the relevant course.
14.
Loyalty card holder numbers are non-transferable.
15.
The offer applies to 1 ball green fee prices only.
16.
The offer will only cover the cost of the green fee. All additional equipment required ie, buggies, trolleys and golf clubs are chargeable individually.
17.
The free green fee will be issued for the same tee off time on the same course on the same date.
