Our Jewel in the Crown is the Willow Valley Course which has been designed to capture the imagination of golfers, ensuring members are never bored and visitors cannot resist the temptation to return and enjoy the fresh challenges thrown up by the course.

The courses were built under the supervision of John Newton, with  professional advice from golf course architect Jonathan Gaunt. The staff at Willow Valley farms successfully took on the role of construction staff and provided the labor for all the work.

Prior to the development of the golf facility the land provided 5,000 tons of silage to feed 1,500 head of cattle.

15,000 tons of sand were used in the construction and the courses are partly irrigated using re-cycled water from a network of lakes situated on the Willow Valley Course.
